4-Pillar Program

My 4-Pillar Program covers the importance of the food you eat, as well as the significant ways other non-food aspects of your life impact your health. Together, we'll examine how relationships, career, movement and a sense of balance all play vital roles in your overall well-being, impacting everything from your weight to your mood.

Over the course of 24 weeks, we'll work together to identify your health goals, establish healthy habits and overcome persistent challenges like food cravings and a lack of motivation.

This program is
perfect for anyone who isn't sure how to begin incorporating healthy habits, wants the extra support of one-on-one accountability, or is new to the concepts covered such as healthy eating, stress reduction techniques and building a practical exercise routine.

Health Express Program

The Health Express Program has all of the same great features as the 4-Pillar Program, including goal setting, accountability and support, in a shorter time frame.

Maybe you've had a baby, changed jobs or experienced some other shift in lifestyle that's disrupted your health routine and you need a boost to get restarted. Or perhaps you're otherwise healthy but want to focus on a particular area, such as stress reduction or improved gut health for increased immunity.

This 12-week program is designed for people who already have a solid foundation in the four primary areas of health and the importance of the food you eat, but want to restart or refresh their routine to return to optimal health.

HEALTH COACHING PROGRAM OVERVIEW

All health coaching programs are individualized and tailored specifically to your health and lifestyle goals.
 
The below is an example of many of the topics we’ll cover in both the 4-Pillar Program and Health Express Program.

Each program includes a 50-minute online coaching session every other week for either 12 weeks or 24 weeks (Health Express program = 6 sessions, 4-Pillar Program = 12 sessions), plus additional support through email. Resources and recommendations are also included to help guide you.

Do you offer a payment plan?
  • Yes, I do. If you are unable to pay the full amount up front, I offer a monthly payment plan for the 3 or 6 months.
How do I sign up?
  • Before you sign up for either the 4-Pillar Program or the Health Express Program, you’ll need to book an initial Discovery Call. This is an important part of the process, as it allows us to get to know each other to make sure we’re a good fit and my program is right for you and your health goals. Once we both agree, I’ll send you the Payment, Client Agreement and a link to the Health History form that you’ll be required to complete before our first session.
Do you meet in person for coaching as well as online?
  • Currently I only offer online coaching, as it’s the most flexible for reaching people and fitting into busy schedules.
Why are your programs 12 and 24 weeks long?
  • In my experience, these are the perfect lengths to achieve success. The Health Express Program is short enough to fit into a busy life, but long enough for you to establish lasting change. Research has shown that while it takes 21 days to form a new habit, it takes about 90 days to create a permanent lifestyle change. In addition, the 4-Pillar Program allows those who are new to health to have time to make incremental changes, while also addressing real life situations that arise. In other words, you have time to practice, adjust and really learn what works for you and your life.
Can I use another video platform instead of Zoom for our session?
  • While I prefer using Zoom, I can use other platforms such as Google Hangouts if that suits you better.
